FAQ

How do I wash my sweater?

 

You can wash these sweaters in a machine on the 'Wool' setting, at or below 30℃, preferably with Woolite detergent, or a gentle non-bio laundry liquid. They can also be hand washed in a sink or tub. Simply add cold water, a small amount of detergent, and allow to soak for 20 minutes. Rinse well, but avoid agitation or rubbing which may cause fibers to felt. Spin and lay flat to dry on a bath towel.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

We endeavour to ship the next business day, however we are a small shop and there can sometimes be unforeseen delays. You should receive a confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Can I track my order ?

 

Once your package has dispatched your order will be updated with a tracking number. This is done manually so please give us a day or two. Your parcel may arrive before the info is updated, but if it has not come within 5 business days, please give us a shout.

Part of my order is missing

 

Although we try to list only what we have in stock, sometimes an item may go out of stock suddenly, because it is purchased in the store. If this happens, we will refund you for the item you ordered. However if we have missed something, please feel free to give us a ring on 017687 80531 or email sales@norwegianstore.com

What is New Wool?

 

New Wool is simply the wool from a sheep's first ever shearing. This first shear will always produce the softest wool from a sheep, and as each new fleece grows, it becomes coarser, like our own hair as we age.

You don't have my size in stock, can I order it?

 

Possibly! It depends on what stock the manufacturer has, but please send us an email and we will have a look for you.

Where are the sweaters made?

 

Most brands are made in Norway, while Ivanhoe is made in Sweden and Kama is made in the Czech Republic.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept a variety of payments, including all major credit cards and American Express.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) for a full refund, in store credit, or exchange.

 

Please notify us via email (sales@norwegianstore.com) or phone (017687 80531) if you wish to return an item.

 

We accept returns posted back to us within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags attached.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your return. For any online purchases you should receive an automated email when your return has been processed. For orders placed over the phone we will contact you to issue a refund.
